nutrition

If you ask several dog owners or breeders, you will usually get different answers regarding the type of diet.
Some give dry food, others BARF, and others cook for their four-legged friends and some dogs get mixed food.
Our Leonberger and Leonberger puppies receive dry food until they are eight weeks old.
It is completely sufficient if the puppy is fed exclusively with puppy food four times a day after it has been given away. We also give green-lipped mussels and, in the growth phases, a cure-based feeding of glycosamine glycans.
Water and food as well as the bowls must always be fresh and clean. Up to the age of five months, four meals a day are necessary.
The food that has not been eaten is removed after 20 minutes at the latest, as otherwise you will train yourself to be a bad eater.
